In addition to providing world-class service and an award-winning product, we know that providing some extra incentives can go a long way toward ensuring the loyalty of our most frequent flyers. That's where our OnePass program comes in. Continental's OnePass program, which has been going strong for more than two decades, enables our frequent customers to earn miles when they fly with us or our alliance partners, or through special programs we have with other partners. OnePass members can use their miles to purchase future flights, upgrade their seat, or for other benefits. Another great way to earn OnePass miles is by using Continental Chase credit and debit cards. We have numerous card options to fit a variety of needs, and each provides travel rewards. For example, customers with our Continental World MasterCard from Chase earn one mile per dollar spent on everyday purchases, as well as double miles for purchasing Continental Airlines tickets directly from us. World MasterCard cardmembers also earn 20,000 miles after their first purchase with a new card, and an additional 5,000 miles for signing up an authorized user. Presidential Plus World MasterCard cardmembers receive all these benefits, plus a Presidents Club membership, EliteAccess Priority Airport Services, and more. Continental Chase cardholders are also eligible for our BusinessFirst 2-for-1 special, which enables them to book two tickets for Continental's premium product, BusinessFirst, for the price of a full-fare BusinessFirst ticket when paying with their Continental Chase card. There are other rewards for Continental Chase cardholders as well, including an exemption from the first checked-bag fee (a savings of $30 per round-trip). Presidential Plus cardmembers get both first and second checked-bag fees automatically waived. Of course, no matter how many incentives we offer for flying with Continental Airlines, customer loyalty ultimately comes down to how we treat you each time you fly with us, and that's why my co-workers are the most important piece of the puzzle at Continental.
