We now offer more than 2,500 daily departures throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia, serving 134 domestic and 131 international destinations.
As the coldest months of the year approach, many of our customers are planning their winter travel — and for many of you, winter travel is synonymous with hitting the slopes. Each year, we expand our flight offerings with seasonal service to transport our customers to the most popular ski resorts in the United States. From our hubs serving New York/Newark, Houston, and Cleveland, we offer service to popular ski destinations like Vail, Telluride, and Steamboat. We also serve popular year-round destinations that have great ski options, like Denver, Reno/Lake Tahoe, and Salt Lake City. For those looking for a ski experience with international flavor, we can take you to Banff via Calgary and Whistler via Vancouver. We offer nonstop flights to Mont-Tremblant in Canada, and across the pond, we can get you to world-class skiing in Switzerland, among other European destinations.
I know that many of you would rather take a trip away from the cold, and Continental can take you to the beach as well. We offer hundreds of weekly flights to 25 destinations in the Caribbean, and we can also fly you to the sunniest spots in the United States, including Hawaii, California, and Florida. And through Continental Micronesia, we offer service to internationally renowned beach destinations in the South Pacific.
In addition to great places for ski and sun, Continental can get you to a host of the world’s most popular leisure destinations, like Paris, London, and Tokyo. We fly to rapidly growing hot spots like Beijing, Mumbai, and Delhi, and next year, we will launch service to Shanghai, pending government approval.
