Arthur’s, 1 Pont de la Machine, 41.22.317.4050. Located inside the Swatch museum, with a menu developed by Alain Senderens, Arthur’s serves French cuisine with an Asian flair.

Café des Bains, 26 Rue des Bains, 41.22.321.5798. The food here, such as black tiger prawns infused with vanilla oil, is as stunning as the artwork on the walls, all from owner Caroline Vogelsang’s personal collection.

Mortimer’s, 2 Place du Bourg-de-Four, 41.22.310.1398. Locals and tourists flock to this traditional brasserie in Geneva’s old town, known for its strong coffees and gooey-in-the-middle chocolate cake.
