Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM ET on August 31, 2008. Limit: One entry per person or email address. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Entries will become the Sponsor’s property and will not be returned or acknowledged. The Sponsor is not responsible for telephone or computer equipment failure, or for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, altered, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account as of date of entry. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: A 5 day/4 night stay for two (2) at Anthony’s Key Resort on Roatan, Honduras (ARV: $958 USD). Grand Prize includes: four (4) nights’ standard double occupancy accommodations at the all-inclusive Anthony’s Key Resort (“Resort”), Honduran airport transfers, meals provided by the Resort and three (3) single tank boat dives per day for winner and guest. All other expenses not mentioned in the Official Rules, including but not limited to, all transportation, food and beverages outside the Resort plan, additional Resort amenities, taxes, fees and gratuities, airport departure taxes, and travel insurance, are the responsibility of the winner and guest. Transportation to and from Honduras is not included in prize. Winner will be required to use a credit card (American Express®, Visa® or MasterCard®) or cash deposit upon check-in for all incidental charges. ARV of trip depends on Resort rates at time of stay. If the actual value of stay is less than the ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Resort accommodations are subject to availability and are on a space-available basis. Certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. The winner and guest must arrive and depart the Resort on the same dates. No changes may be made to stay dates or accommodations once booked. Prize is awarded in the form of a voucher good for one (1) year from time of drawing. If the winner is unable to partake of prize, s/he will forfeit the prize and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner. If prize is forfeited and there is time, an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received. If a Grand Prize winner has not been determined in time for stay to complete by December 15, 2009, the prize will not be awarded. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid passport) required to travel. Winner's guest must be 21 years of age or older and must complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel. The potential winner will be determined in a random drawing from among eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted in approximately ten (10) days after Sweepstakes end at 1040 Ave. of the Americas, NY, NY 10018 at approximately 3:00 PM ET by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Potential winner will be notified by mail and/or email and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of the date printed on notification or s/he will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. If an Affidavit or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. Any potential winner who is a Canadian resident will also be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question in order to receive the prize. There will be no substitutions for prize, except the Sponsor may substitute prize with one of equal or greater retail value. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.
