Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:5,000. The potential winner will be determined in a random drawing from among eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Random drawing will be conducted in approximately ten (10) days after the Sweepstakes ends at 1040 Ave. of the Americas, NY, NY 10018 at approximately 3:00 PM ET by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
