In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account as of date of entry. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): One (1) Grand Prize: A 4 day/3-night stay for two (2) at the Holiday Inn Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas (ARV: $950). Prize also includes two (2) passes for one (1) admission each for an Alamo Helicopter Tour, San Antonio Botanical Garden, San Antonio Trolley Car Tour, San Antonio Zoo and Aquarium, Tower of the Americas and the Skies Over Texas 4D Theater Ride, and the Witte Museum. Admissions subject to availability. All other expenses not mentioned in the Official Rules, including but not limited to, all transportation, meals, hotel amenities, park admissions, taxes, gratuities or any other items not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the winner and guest. Transportation to and from San, Antonio, TX is not included in prize. Actual value of stay depends on room rates at time of stay. If actual value of stay is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on dates specified by the Sponsors or forfeit all rights to prize. If the winner is unable to partake of prize, s/he will forfeit the prize and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to winner. If prize is forfeited and there is time, an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries received. If an Affidavit or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, or the winner cannot be contacted for any reason, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing.
