THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING TO TAKE A TRIP WITH US ON CONTINENTAL TODAY. Whether you’re headed across the Atlantic to Paris, Berlin, or Delhi, south to Buenos Aires or Brazil, over the Pacific to Beijing, Tokyo, or Guam, or to any of our more than 130 international destinations, we welcome you onboard.
At Continental, we pride ourselves on our truly global reach. We’ve got more international destinations than any other U.S. carrier, and in 2005, we expanded our global route network with 15 new destinations in 12 countries. We also added additional capacity to some of our most popular destinations, such as Tel Aviv and Amsterdam. In 2006, we’ll continue to expand with new destinations such as Cologne, Germany; Barcelona, Spain; and Copenhagen, Denmark.
To make travel easier for our international customers, we’ve equipped close to 1,000 eService machines in nearly 150 cities and 10 countries with passport-reading units. With eService, customers can check themselves in for domestic — and now international — flights, choose their own seats, and print their own boarding passes.
Of course, you don’t have to wait until you get to the airport to check in for your flight — with continental.com check-in, customers can check in and print their boarding passes up to 24 hours in advance of their flight. Continental has also expanded Spanish-language functions at continental.com. Customers can now book and check in for flights in Spanish, as well as manage their OnePass accounts, check flight and gate information, and access information on our Presidents Clubs and in-flight amenities. Spanish-speaking customers who normally surf the Web in Spanish will now be able to see the continental.com Web site in Spanish without having to click on any additional link or button.
No matter how you check in or where you fly on Continental, you’ll be provided the same clean, safe, and reliable transportation with award-winning service from the best professionals in the industry. Sometimes, that award-winning service will come from an unexpected source — Continental co-workers who are vacationing and lend a hand even when they’re not on duty. One such employee is Newark-based Senior Tech Planner Mark Bushnell, who assisted his co-workers as he traveled back from a vacation in Florida. You can read more about Mark in Notebook.
Whatever your final destination, we thank you for taking a Continental flight today. We appreciate having you as a customer, and we hope to see you again soon.
